Scholarships Awarded for
The Selection Committee of the Sid Richardson Memorial Fund met in early May to review the scholarship applications for the 2020-2021 academic year. There were 57 outstanding new scholarship applicants. The Selection Committee, after thorough consideration, awarded 18 new scholarship and 54 renewal scholarships. The total scholarship awards for the 2020-2021 academic year are $598,500. The Sid Richardson Memorial Fund has awarded over $11,343,500 in scholarships since 1965.
Mission Statement
It has been the aim of the Fund over the years to endeavor to distribute aid in such a manner as to grant the maximum benefit to the greatest number of applicants the Fund considers eligible to receive aid, consistent with the limited income available. The Fund continues to be guided by this fundamental goal.
