Scholarships Awarded for
The Selection Committee of the Sid Richardson Memorial Fund met in May 2025 to review the scholarship applications submitted for the 2025-2026 academic year. There were 72 outstanding new scholarship applicants which presents a challenge for the committee. After careful consideration, the Selection Committee awarded 21 new scholarships and 46 renewal scholarships. The total scholarship awards for the 2025-2026 academic year are $884,750. The Sid Richardson Memorial Fund has awarded over $16,134,750 since 1965.
Mission Statement
It has been the aim of the Fund over the years to endeavor to distribute aid in such a manner as to grant the maximum benefit to the greatest number of applicants the Fund considers eligible to receive aid, consistent with the limited income available. The Fund continues to be guided by this fundamental goal.
